Authors are required to use the templates of abstract and full manuscript for preparing articles. Templates can be downloaded from this website.

To submit an article, a first-time submitter will need to create an account in the submission system. Look for a menu link provided at the top of the page. After an account has been created, the submitter can then login to the system and submit the article for peer review. It is also required that one of the following publication tracks be specified:

1) TSME: To publish your work in the TSME conference proceedings, an author must submit a manuscript strictly in the TSME-ICoME 2023 template format for review through the paper submission systems of the TSME-ICoME 2023 (https://www.tsme.org/submission/icome2023/). Note that the number of pages in the manuscript is limited to 10 pages, and the file size should not exceed 8 MB. The camera-ready manuscript is also required to be developed in this format.

2) AIP: To publish your work in the AIP conference proceedings, an author must submit a manuscript initially in the TSME-ICoME 2023 template format for review through the paper submission systems of the TSME-ICoME 2023 (https://www.tsme.org/submission/icome2023/). Note that the number of pages in the manuscript is limited to 10 pages, and the file size should not exceed 8 MB. After the manuscript is accepted, you will be required to reformat your manuscript according to the AIP Conference Proceedings Template (https://pubs.aip.org/aip/acp/pages/preppapers) and, then, submit it as the camera-ready manuscript for publication. Please make sure that your manuscript has low similarity with any published contents, as it needs to pass the Turnitin similarity index evaluation (strictly less than 15%, excluding the reference section). The manuscript may be peer-reviewed in multiple rounds to verify whether it technically meets the quality standards and regulations of AIP. You may then receive comments and instructions for either improving your manuscript until it meets the requirements for AIP publication or changing to publish in the TSME proceedings. Some manuscripts may be rejected based on the evaluations of the reviewers. AIP Publishing will also make the final decision for publication.

3) JRAME: To publish in JRAME, an author must submit a manuscript for review through both the paper submission systems of the TSME-ICoME 2023 (https://www.tsme.org/submission/icome2023/) and JRAME (https://ph01.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/jrame). Use the TSME-ICoME 2023 template format for the TSME-ICoME submission and the JRAME template format for the JRAME submission. If your manuscript is accepted for JRAME publication, it will then be published only in JRAME; otherwise, it will be reviewed for the TSME proceedings publication.
